Interpreting our charts

Presented here is the distribution of overall firm and business areas scores for each of the nine characteristics being assessed, as well as for the three clusters of questions on speaking up, leadership and customer focus. We have presented the 2016 and 2017 results alongside each other to allow for direct comparison.
