On Monday 18 June, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York is hosting a conference on culture and behaviour in the financial services industry.  The conference will explore progress and challenges in this area from a variety of perspectives.

Dame Colette Bowe, the Chairman of the Banking Standards Board (BSB), Alison Cottrell, the BSB’s CEO and Mikael Down, the BSB’s Director of Policy and Analysis, are leading a session on the BSB’s annual Assessment.
