The BSB is holding a knowledge-sharing workshop exploring how CEOs and executive teams work with the BSB and use their Assessment reports.  Our knowledge-sharing workshops are aimed at enabling firms to share and learn from each other’s experience in managing their culture, with a focus on practical approaches and techniques.  Ross McEwan, CEO of Royal Bank of Scotland, and Margaret Willis, CEO of Unity Trust Bank, will lead the discussion with reflections and examples from their own experience. James Bardrick, Head of Citi UK and CEO of Citigroup Global Markets Limited, will chair the session.
