BSB knowledge-sharing workshops are aimed at enabling member firms to share and learn from each other’s experience in managing their culture, with a focus on practical approaches and techniques.

In our second workshop we will explore how CEOs and their teams use and get the most value out of their BSB Assessment reports – for example, how they combine the data with other internal or external sources of information, follow up on emerging issues, talk with employees and develop actions.

Leading our discussion with reflections and examples from their own experience, will be:

• James Bardrick, Head of Citi UK and CEO of Citigroup Global Markets Limited and BSB Board Member, and
• Ian Stuart, CEO of HSBC UK

Participants will then have the opportunity to ask questions and share their own knowledge and experience on the topic.

This event is by invitation only and will be held on a Chatham House basis.
