Event Details

While most organisations do not want their employees to engage in unethical behaviour, many may at the same time contain cultures and practices that make such behaviour more likely. This BSB breakfast event, Celia Moore will discuss why we are not as ethical as we would like to think we are, how organisations can end up inadvertently encouraging unethical behaviour in their efforts to promote performance, and what we know about how to identify and address this.

Celia Moore – Associate Professor in the Department of Management and Technology at Bocconi University, Milan – who has been advising the BSB over the past two years, will explore the issue of ethics and why people act in the way that they do.

This event is by invitation only. If you are interested in this or other events in our programme, please contact events@bankingstandardsboard.org.uk.
