The 3rd Annual Culture and Conduct Forum for the financial services industry will analyse how firms can address the contributory forces that determine the make-up of their culture so that they can produce better cultural outcomes for customers, investors, creditors, shareholders and to public authorities in respect of the public interest. The Forum will cover:

BSB CEO Alison Cottrell will give a keynote address and speak on the panel on the topic of building a culture of continuous improvement. Board members James Bardrick and Saker Nusseibeh will also attend, speaking on whistleblowing and the role of investors, respectively.
